I was born in Beverly Hills and raised in south Louisiana. I'm currently living in Daphne, AL with my wife and son. I have an extensive background in filmmaking and own my own production company. I've shot movies, music videos, commercials, and even real-estate videos. Experience: I've not done any investing, but I currently service the RE industry via filmmaking. Real Estate Goals: Long term, I'm looking for large, multi-family residential properties around the gulf coast to invest in. Any building, or mobile home park over 15 units is the goal. Very interested in master lease options and triple net leases. Currently Seeking: I'd be very interested in meeting up with some seasoned folks on here and trading knowledge for knowledge (or video services). I can help establish websites, marketing campaigns, and content to go with it.
