Since prices are so high in the Bay Area, it is hard to find a deal out here with a good return on investment, so I mainly look into markets outside of California (mainly the mid-west). I currently only have one rental property under my name and I am looking for opportunities for growth and to gradually expand my real estate portfolio throughout the years!
