Hello, I'm a new out of state real estate investor. I live in and have one rental in California but seeking to grow a portfolio of rental units. This is something I have been studying for years (Sideline Student ) on BP but finally built up the knowledge and courage to dive into it. I'm interested in real estate for my retirement and something I can pass on to my kids as well as more financial freedom which would allow more family time.
