My name is James and I live in the Augusta GA area. I am new to real estate investing but am looking to make it a full time job within the next 5 years. I have purchased 2 distressed properties that I made my primary residence. I rehabbed and sold them for profit. I currently have 4 rental properties and am wanting to get more, find potential flips, and always looking for ways to fund.
