James Henrie

My name is James but most people call me Jimmy. I was born and raised in Washington State and I currently preside in Renton WA. I have been doing construction my whole life.... literally. From the time I was a young cbuld living in the Woods of North Bend until now, I have been building or taking apart anything I can get my hands on! I grew up in a tight nit community church setting where most everyone was involved in construction to some degree. Building was and has always been, a big part of my life and so are the people in it. I am currently a general contractor with a real estate license. I got my RE license after I did my first wholesale deal a few years ago. I accidentally stumbled onto a house for sale, that i knew was a good deal and upon doing research I found out about wholesaling and biggerpockets podcast. I sold my first contract and made over 50k and decided to do a yellow letter campaign. 5000 letters later and a lot of phone calls, I landed my second deal.
