I'm a 45 year old father of 2. I work in the home efficiency field helping homeowners save on their utilities. I've grown up with multifamily homes in my family as well as a small business. Unfortunately, finances went south starting in 2008. has to sell off, foreclose and reverse mortgage each property. Last year mom passed away leaving the last multifamily. Just completed the refi to keep the property. I'm planning on using this experience to help me continue in the multifamily industry so I can build a brighter future for my 2 daughters and myself.
