I’m a first-time real estate investor and owner-occupant of a four-unit property in West Warwick, Rhode Island. My property consists of four one-bedroom apartments, and I’m focused on improving its operations, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and making thoughtful upgrades that add long-term value.
