Rental Property Investor
I am curently finishing up a Construction Management degree right now, and also work part-time for a small electrical engineering firm. I am really trying to figure out where I should focus my time and energy. My location is expensive and single family homes may not work for me. I am leaning towards larger multi-family properties, self-storage or mobile home parks.
