I purchased my first home over 15 years ago and am finally looking to buy properties to buy and hold. Used to work at Realtor.com and had several hundred Realtor clients all over the country. I also spent several years working in the field of a Soils Engineering firm on properties worth up to $50 million in the LA area. This gave me a good knowledge base of what to watch out for below any property out there.
