Most recently closed on my second investment property in Hartford county, CT! This is my second house-hack, both properties are 2-family homes. I have also rehabbed a 3-family with a family member. My future interests for investing include: -->Creatively financing another small multi-family property or a mid-sized deal (6-10 units) -->Recently interested in learning about land development (and building with kit homes) Outside of RE I hike/backpack, ski, enjoy carpentry and pool.
