Hello my name is Jamyka Pahl I'm 22 yrs old and have a high school diploma, I went to school for computer networking. Drop out when I had my daughter, she now two. I have no experience in real estate nor do I want to go to school for it, I'm not financial stable but do have a cheerful, positive, and motivated to becoming a outstanding Real estate finder & wholesaler. Before I take that step tho, I would like to look up and understand more about wholesaling before I take what I have left in my pocket and jump. I still have some fear, that is trying to stop me from the whole idea. That is what I'm trying to work on myself to fight and move from those walls
