I have always loved real estate. You know the guy that goes to open houses just for fun? Yep, that's me on Sundays when I can. I say when I can because I am also a dedicated coach of youth sports. I love taking their raw abilities and helping them become the athletes they desire. I guess that same love transfers over to real estate. I love finding that one house on the block that needs some TLC and giving it new life by either flipping it myself or finding a great rehabber who needs a project.
