Jason Kaye

Currently I am employed as a front-end software engineer for a tech company in the Bay Area. I work for an awesome company and absolutely love working in/with tech. My job has afforded me the luxury of some extra cashflow which I am interested in putting to work on my behalf. Enter real estate. I recently purchased my first property in Santa Cruz, CA and now I have the real estate bug. I aim to convert my new place into a rental property in the future and move on to my next place (ideally owner-occupied multifamily). Random notes: I lived in China for 2 years. Speak ok Mandarin. Speak better Spanish. Graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering. I'm fascinated by the artistry of structuring real estate deals/financing and running the numbers on investments.
