I am a mechanical engineer in Los Angeles area and currently living with my fiancé, also a mechanical engineer, in Hawthorne. We both have a great job with an international corporation, but are looking for ways to generate passive income. I did not grow up in the Real Estate industry, but have been exposed to the benefits of as a form of passive income through my father purchasing several rental properties and land. I have always been interested in Real Estate and just closed on my first property in Long Beach, CA.
