Welcome to my bio. I'm a bilingual (English/Español) historian, surfer, and REALTOR® (not always in that order). I have lived in Tampa, Florida for two decades, and I hold a Ph.D. in history from the University of South Florida. My dissertation research focuses on surf tourism and politics in Central America (Nicaragua). In terms of real estate and investing, I work with an amazing team of REALTORS® at the Welcome Home Team. I'm super stoked to connect with people in the Central Florida area who are looking to buy, sell, and/or invest in residential real estate, or are perhaps looking for surfing properties in Florida or in Central America. I also offer history tours of Ybor City, one of the most historic places in the city of Tampa.
