I have a passion for Real estate! I am an experienced Builder and Engineer. I have designed 4 house which were built in Tennessee, Utah, and Nevada. I built the house I am in and would like to translate my skills into investments. Here is why I am getting into Real Estate: I am a father of four children who are growing fast and approaching college! I have a wonderful job but I would like to ensure I have the funds to help them achieve their goals. This is what I am looking for: I am focused on value add properties to buy and hold. My main target is Multifamily dwellings. Professional Background: Educational background is in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration. I have 10 years of manufacturing and management experience in the flooring industry. I worked as a Project engineer, Plant engineer, Production Department Manager, and Industrial Engineering Manager. I have managed both Large maintenance departments as well as production departments of up to 240 employees. I have managed Multi-million dollar projects for commercial work as well as 6 figure residential projects.
