I've been working for a residential developer based in Mclean, Virginia. We've developed over 100 million in value of projects in DC metro area. I work mostly at the back end of the business, ie creating construction budgets, running numbers for potential deals, conduction financial analysis on the company as a whole. It's getting comfortable enough to go out and invest personally.
