Jay Rhodes

I am a buy and hold investor based in Denver, Colorado. I currently have one long term SFR that was a former primary converted into long term rental. My goal is to continue to build my portfolio of buy and hold investments, and am currently focused on strong cash flow markets especially in Texas. For my day job, I am a Product Manager in the outdoor industry that is vibrant in Denver. In my spare time I am an avid outdoorsman focusing mainly on backcountry snowboarding and fly fishing, seeking the most remote and beautiful locations I can find.
