I’m new to investing in Real Estate, but by no means a tire kicker. The bursting of the housing bubble turned me into a landlord, and I found that I enjoy it. I made a few mistakes with my first property, so I‘m here to learn all that I can from the BiggerPockets community as I prepare to make my next few purchases. Experience: Buy and Hold (SFR) Real Estate Goals: I have a few pie in the sky goals that I'm working toward, but the plan is to at least get to the point where I can quit my day job. Currently Seeking: I’ve learned a lot over the last few years being a landlord, but there is still a lot that I don’t know.
