12 years ago I met a real estate investor while vacationing with my family. His enthusiasm and small pieces of advice planted a seed a desire to invest. That seed has now grown into a healthy obsession with real estate investing. I currently own an underwater condo that I rent monthly to make ends meet as well as a single family home in a booming market. I'm ready to make the next step towards financial freedom and a prosperous future.
