I am an environmental scientist working as a consultant on brownfield redevelopment projects in the Bay Area. I own a 2-unit rental property in San Francisco and have ownership stake in three apartment buildings (19 units) in the Providence, Rhode Island area. I am looking to invest in additional multi-unit properties that cash flow in Northern California and the New England area, which is where I'm from. Looking to connect with similar-minded people and continue to expand towards financial freedom.
