Hello. I'm from Michigan (originally Detroit burbs area) but moved to Lansing area a few years ago. I heard about this community through a group of great guys my partner and I got connected with who run a local real estate investing meetup and praise this site as such a good resource. My partner and I listen to your podcasts together every time we have to take a long trip and we really enjoy it. We both currently work full time but have the goal to build our investments up so we can both get out of the rat race and do this full time. We currently manage 14 doors (1 being a duplex we are house hacking) and are looking for apartment buildings in the Lansing, MI area. Started out with SF rentals and now actively looking to acquire and syndicate apartment deals. We bought our first apartment building this past November 2018.
