Currently I am an educator and working on establishing a real estate portfolio. I should be closing on my first deal on a single family investment property in 30 days and working on starting another similar deal with a FSBO. Ultimately, I want to get a point where I own multiple multi-unit apartment buildings where I have a team of employees who manage the apartment facility. I would love some advice on how to get to this point.
