I'm new to investing in RE, but I'm looking to learn and grow a portfolio. I'm a physician by trade (schedule is 7 days on/7 days off), but I have a light schedule when I'm on service, and I can be available pretty much anytime I'm off. I've watched the single family rentals process from my parents having a few (but those kind of fell in their laps), but I am looking to learn more in depth. I have the dedication and drive, and the ability to catch on quickly I think, but I don't have the skills. I'm looking for some mentors, I guess you could say. Thanks!
