My wife and I live in Arkansas and are busy raising our three children. We enjoy tennis, golf, running and travel. As our kids are getting older and busier with activities, we realized that we would like to have more flexibility to spend time doing the things we love. My friend and very successful mentor suggested we look towards real estate investing as a way to create that flexibility. So now we are investing together as a team to be the best multifamily investors in Western Arkansas. With a good start of 10 doors in the beginning of 2020, we look to have 50+ by 2025. This will allow me to cut back to part time at my job, enabling more time with family and more focus to growing our real estate portfolio with the goal of replacing my income by 2030.
