I am currently a part time BRRR investor. I have been in real estate for the last 8 years and have flipped 1 property and currently own and manage 2 rental properties. I am looking to bring on partners to acquire more rental properties in the future. I have recently tried to help others who want/need to rent their home but see this as a side project vs a full time job I have recently connected and done some side work for a prominent fix/flip investor. This includes pre-foreclosure analytics, acquiring investor capital as well as working to improve the turnkey rental brokering portion of his business
