I am an investor living in the Indianapolis area originally from Anderson Indiana trying to build a real estate portfolio that will allow me to get out of the rat race. I have a very strong Project Management background and I have always had a passion for real estate. I can do a little of everything when it comes to working on a house. I have remodeled two houses and am working on a third. Flip and fix and hold are my strategy right now.
