Hi there real estate junkies! Just a little background... I am originally from Wilmington NC and graduated with degrees in English and Communication studies. I am a classically trained vocalist and have a background in theater and art as well. All in All I am a humanitarian to the core. I started real estate as my day job back in 2012 by joining a property management group. I started out as a leasing agent at a stabilized property in Durham, just leased up a brand new property in Cameron Village in Raleigh and have recently accepted a position as an assistant manager at a lease up near down town Raleigh! I met my partner, John Newman in 2014 and we fell in love with each other and the thrill of real estate investing simultaneously! From finding the perfect investment property, to doing the dirty work ourselves - we love it all!
