Jennifer Carter

I split my time between managing our properties, sons and working as an educator. My husband and I have been pretty passive in our ownership because we have never identified as 'investors'. Now, our sons are out of the house, but we are still decades away from retirement (we started young) if we go the traditional work-a-day route. I hope to use investing as a way to replace our working income to become our own bosses sooner than later.
