I am new to Real Estate Investing. I have set myself a six month plan to close my first deal and am currently one month into that plan. Right now my focus is to gain as much education as possible. I was an appraiser and decided to dedicate these next six months to break into investing. My longtime boyfriend is a licensed general contractor and also has his Real Estate license but is out of practice. I'm grateful I've found BP and plan to expand my knowledge and network going forward. I'm highly motivated, teachable, intelligent, and hope to make Real Estate Investing my full time career and business.
