Hello, I'm a new Investor in Austin, TX. I'm looking to wholesale, and buy & hold properties in the Austin and surrounding areas. While doing some research, I came across Bigger Pockets and have explored the site and watched many of the podcasts, attended some webinars, and taken advantage of the unlimited amount of free training.
