New to Real Estate
Newbie investor continuing to soak up all the great info on BP! I'm currently looking for land-flipping opportunities as well. I live in Spotsylvania County Virginia near Fredericksburg and commuted daily to Northern Virginia (Sterling), *before Covid. I have VA loan benefits that I am considering using to do some type of live-in house-hack. I'm a primary residence homeowner and DIYer. I look forward to contributing to the continued success of BP and its members.
