Jesse Brewer

My name is Jesse Brewer and I have been an active real estate investor in the greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area for 20 years. I have done a lot of residential deals that include flips, single family rentals, turn key rentals etc. For the past 12 years my focus has been on multi family properties that are buy and hold, re-position, mis-managed etc. I have a license in Ohio and Kentucky and not only do we perform active brokerage services but we also do property management, project management and invest ourselves. In addition to that I also have authored several books on real estate, land lord tenant stores "Jesse Brewer tenants uncommon" is a series that has 2 books out and the 3rd one is in the works and can all be found on Amazon by searching "Jesse Brewer - author" or some combination of the such. In addition to real estate I also serve as a local elected county commissioner here in Northern Kentucky.
