Jason Hershey

Jason is owner of Clippership Investments, LLC, a boutique real estate investment firm located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and owner of Tellus Real Estate Solutions, a full-service real estate brokerage located in Duvall, Washington. He is also a licensed real estate instructor and teaches classes for both real estate agents and the general public, covering a variety of real estate related subjects. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the City University in Bellevue, Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Foreign Languages from New York University in New York, New York. Jason also served in the US Army as a cryptologic linguist, where he attended the Defense Language Institute and successfully completed their 47-week Korean language program. He has also worked within the high-tech community as a project manager and program manager for over 15 years. Jason is a member of the Washington State chapter of CCIM, Duvall Chamber of Commerce, and the Rental Housing Association. Jason is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE).
