My husband and I have flipped and held to rent a couple properties. We recently attended the Armando Montelongo seminars and learned a lot and have some good software for research. Moved to NC from CT 9 months ago and think Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham are good areas to work. Looking for private money lenders, realtors, contractors and advice, thanks!
