Jim Means

Hello friends My name is Jim Means. I live in west Texas. A few years ago during the real estate boom, and the many “FLIPPING” shows on TV, real estate caught my imagination (can you relate?) So I began to research the REI business and by luck or fate I happened upon BP. I say fate because 20yrs earlier a strange thing happened to me that makes me think I just may be destined to be a real estate investor. I have decided to Wholesale properties for all the obvious reasons, but also because it’s so controversial. Here at BP I’ve seen in the forums some RE agents/realtors show outright contempt for wholesalers, and some fix & flippers show disappointment in them. My goal is to be the most reputable wholesaler in west Texas.
