Hi Bigger Pockets, My name is Jimmy and I am looking to become a Real Estate investor. I'm located in the Fairfield County area of Connecticut which I recently moved to from New York. I hold a Full-Time job at AT&T as well as a realtor's license. My ultimate goal is to create enough passive income in order to completely QUIT my job and fully focus on RE investing and RE sales. My first order of business is to purchase a 3 unit property (preferably) and use the "house hacking" strategy. This will allow me to save income generated from my job in order to purchase more properties.
