I live in Louisville, KY and invest throughout Kentucky, the Midwest and the southern part of the US. My company owns and operates 412 multi-family apartment units in the Louisville, Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Ft Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, and Naples, Florida areas. I spent 4 years investing in mobile home parks with partners, accumulating about 320 lots across 5 parks. My partners and I have since sold those parks and are looking to invest in new opportunities. I am actively looking to buy more multifamily apartment complexes and mobile home parks in the Greater Kentuckiana area. I am currently looking to hire a part time or full time in house property manager to join my property management team. This person will report to the Regional Property Manager, and the role will utilize tools such as Rent Manager and Tenant Turner for leasing and maintenance coordination.
