Jim Nettles

Hello! I am a Penn State Alum and structural engineer licensed in over 20 states with over 25 years of design experience. I recently turned 50 and decided to follow my heart and begin my STR REI journey with my wife (Amy) of 27 years. We are extremely excited and very much looking forward to achieving our RE goals and earning life changing passive income for our family. Eventually we would love to create an REI business with one or more of our four boys. One of which has great passion for real estate. We know we have tons to learn but are willing to do whatever is necessary to make our dreams come true and reach our goals. With that said I am very open to tips, recommendation, constructive criticism, etc. I am an open book willing to learn every day.
