I am a Cyber Security Engineer by trade. My purpose for being on this site is to gain knowledge and network with other like minded individuals in and around Philadelphia. Although I know what I plan on doing I am still in the phase where I am paying off our higher interest debt and accumulating a strong e-fund so that my wife doesn’t have to be scared of the things I get up too. My first investment will likely be in our second home in the next 18 months. I plan on purchasing a livable house that just needs cosmetic work and a remodeled kitchen/bathroom. Refinance after the Reno is done and then save again until I have enough capital to get the next deal. If anyone in and around Philadelphia wants to talk feel free to hit me up.
