Experience: I started in real estate in 2003 as an appraiser trainee. I became and appraiser and started my own appraisal company right at as the bubble was bursting. I maintained my license and continued to learn new skills. I became fluent in using statistics to prove adjustments and trends while appraising. In late 2013 I quit appraising and got my real estate license which at some point in the near future I will convert into a brokers license. In 2013 I also started investing. I managed the acquisitions department for 29th Street Single Family Homes. I purchased and managed over 50 flips at auction as well as other means. I also purchased well over 500 properties for our buy and hold portfolio in Sacramento, Las Vegas and Texas. I managed the whole process from acquisition, rehab, lease up and disposition. Real Estate Goals: I am currently working on becoming a full time real estate agent and full time real estate investor. Currently Seeking: I am seeking knowledge above all. I am also looking for any deals that may come my way. Mainly SFR type homes for flipping but I am open to commercial properties as well. Of course I am always looking to help buyers and sellers!
