JG Real Estate Family: Juan and JoAnna Gallastegui. We are new to this business together and are learning the ropes. We began our research in early 2019 and just bought our first rental property in April 2022. We have another profession by day and night which includes both regular and freelance work and our various combined work experiences have given us the mind to get started on this journey. We have family and friends in both the U.S. and Europe, and our jobs occasionally also take us abroad for workshops and professional development, so we initially decided we would like to begin in the U.S. and branch out to Europe later seeing as eventually we will get our own home or living quarters in both places. We welcome reading materials, resources, meet-up or event opportunities, open houses/walk-throughs, location information, connections of various kinds, and may be looking for partnerships later. We'd like to begin with multi-family and single-family homes as buy-and-holds but also are open to some light rehabs/flips at this stage, and storage units.
