I have a full time job as an auto insurance adjuster. My wife and I began our careers in KC, and have moved to both PA and to TX within the past 5 years, and we're finally moving back home to Kansas City. We used to own a house in KC, and when we moved to PA, we rented it out, using a property manager. While it was a good experience, I wasn't really thinking about real estate at the time, so some mistakes were made. We made good cashflow and profited on it's sale, but never really ran it as a business. Now that I've got that experience, my interest has peaked and I am now looking at ways to increase my income for the future.
