Retired teacher, but still working in a related field as a registered education savings plan sales agent. Own my home, but would like to take advantage of some form of real estate investing like perhaps multi family units. Would also like to help my seven sons navigate themselves into property ownership. I am a little apprehensive about our real estate market in my city (Toronto) and area. Property values have appreciated immensely in last 15 years and a serious correction has been forecast by some for quite some time. I am looking at investing in a near by city which is more affordable.
