Hello Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Joel. I'm from Flagstaff, AZ which is about two hours North of Phoenix in the mountains of Northern Arizona. My market is very different from the Phoenix market. Purchase prices for comparable properties are significantly higher, while rents are not which makes for an interesting dynamic regarding buy and hold. I currently work in the operating room at the hospital here in Flagstaff and love my job but really want to build a business in real estate in addition to that.
