I started my career as an educator but couldn't get rid of my real estate bug. I moved to San Francisco and got licensed. I soon realized why you're advised to have at least 2 years of savings before getting into commercial real estate brokerage. I then took an opportunity with a small EdTech start up. I learned a lot as the Account Executive before moving to over to the FinTech at LendingClub. I am using my marketing and sales experience to build a real estate investing company with my partners.
