I am a 30 yr old investor. I started landlording in 2014 at the age of 25. I have two rental properties that I manage myself and have 5 flips under my belt. I am a full time real estate agent and I am learning and investing outside of my full time job. I would love to learn more from other members and all the resources BP has to offer. Experience: I am a full time licensed real estate agent. My team closed 100 transactions in 2018. I've owned and managed up to 3 rental properties and looking to acquire 10-15 units total in the next two years. I've flipped 4 homes with 2 pending in 2019 and many more slated to come. I have also started lending as a hard money lender to other investors. Real Estate Goals: I would like to expand my portfolio of rental units and hard money lending. I would like to continue to flip and BRRR to fund rentals and lending. Currently Seeking: Help with all aspects of landlording, BRRR, acquiring flip deals and rent deals.
