Reinventing myself midlife! (just moved back to Dayton, OH area in Oct. 2020) So far in my 40's I have: *Married the life of my life *Bought a home *Started with zero credits and finished an MBA *Raised my credit score over 120 points (yeah it was bad) by paying off collections and all credit cards *Received 3 promotions and several raises at my 9 to 5 *Killing it in my side hustles of flipping, freelancing (marketing), e-commerce, and bitcoin My next two goals are to get back in shape and buy my first rental. I am a voracious student of any game I set my mind to and real estate is now that game. I look forward to networking and learning from all of you.
