John Hooven

Currently a student at UGA with a double major in political science and Spanish, with aspirations of law school. I've been seriously learning this business since 2013, and hope to build a portfolio to generate passive income. I've worked with the second largest student housing company in the nation as a Community Assistant, which included various job responsibilities that really encompass everything from filing paperwork to handling disputes, as well as minor maintenance. Currently, I work for a private company in Athens that focuses on multifamily, buy and hold, wholesaling, and the occasional flip. I'm personally interested in the buy and hold, both residential and commercial, as well as mobile home flipping.
