Land Acquisition and Development | Renewable Energy | Cannabis Enterprise Innovation As a land acquisition and development entrepreneur, I am driven by my passion for taking on projects that present unique opportunities to create new and differentiated value for organizations, markets, their stakeholders and communities. With 17 years of business experience, including ventures in construction, real estate, land development and renewable energy/solar technology, I lead projects and enterprises designed to achieve ambitious financial goals that by nature also deliver positive social impact. From a base in western Massachusetts, and with client projects across the U.S., my firm LandSolution, LLC is co-developing a 600+ megawatt solar PV project portfolio across ten states. Most recently, I have recruited a team of top executives and world-class innovators to leverage our collective capabilities in the launch of two co-existing enterprises: Eco Industrial Development (EID) and Canna Growth Industries (CGI). These organizations are focused on meeting the particular operational requirements of cannabis industry innovators on both sides of the green line – and throughout the value chain – who recognize sustainable efficiencies, renewable energy and next-generation smart practices as the pathway to operations standards that ensure business scalability, market leadership and exit multiples. Our team is actively engaged in discussions with investors and prospective tenants while continuing to advance the engineering, permitting and construction planning process.
